CedarFi is a non-custodial protocol. This means:

  • We do not hold or control user funds.

  • All transactions are executed by users directly through their connected wallets.

  • You are solely responsible for managing your private keys, wallet security, and on-chain activity.


3. Services Provided

CedarFi provides tools and interfaces to interact with smart contracts deployed on public blockchains, including but not limited to:

  • Token swaps

  • Adding/removing liquidity

  • Staking and unstaking LP tokens

  • Governance (voting, locking — where available)

  • NFT minting and dashboards

  • Points and referral tracking

Note: CedarFi does not guarantee profits or the success of any strategy.


4. Risks

By using CedarFi, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

  • Smart Contract Risk: Interactions with smart contracts may have bugs or vulnerabilities.

  • Volatility Risk: Token prices can fluctuate rapidly and unpredictably.

  • Regulatory Risk: Regulatory developments may impact your use of the Services.

  • Wallet Risk: Unauthorized access to your wallet may result in loss of funds.

You use CedarFi at your own risk. Always do your own research (DYOR).


5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use CedarFi to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to smart contracts or the platform.

  • Deploy malicious code, bots, or engage in spamming activities.

  • Manipulate or interfere with platform functionality.


6. No Financial Advice

Nothing on CedarFi constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is provided for informational purposes only.


7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the CedarFi brand, website, UI/UX design, and original content are owned by CedarFi or its contributors. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion without written permission.


8. Modifications to the Services

CedarFi may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, without notice. We may also update these Terms — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CedarFi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill.

  • CedarFi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.


10. Governing Law
